RP - New York
Jan. 17th, 2005 09:08 pmDarius was simply amazed by the efficiency of the 'moving crew' as he walked through the church, inspecting everything. It would seem that not one candle had so much as tipped over when they had set St. Julien's in it's new home. He had been slightly startled however, even though he had been expecting the move, to have gone to sleep in Paris, and woken up in the New World. He supposed that was what one must expect when dealing with unpredictable entities such as gods and people gifted with extraordinary traits.
He was still unsure of the wisdom of moving from Paris, and after all the years he had spent there it was disconcerting to leave it, especially when moving to a city such as New York. He hoped however that he would find this place to be as much of a home for him as Paris had been.
He smiles and softly whispers to himself as he continues to inspect the church and the surrounding grounds.
"Change is after all, a good thing."
