St. Julien's

After Darius had abandoned his position at St. Julien's, the bishop had spent several months trying to find someone to replace him. However, each time that he had found someone to take the post, they had come back to him a few weeks later asking to be transferred to another position. They couldn't exactly explain why they felt the need to leave, other than to say that there was a sense of sadness and loss around the church that seemed to affect everyone who entered.

Eventually, as even the parishioners themselves started to move to other churches in the area due to the eerie feelings that overcame them upon entering, the bishop came to the conclusion that St. Julien's should be closed indefinitely. So the church was locked up and abandoned, with only the occasional visit from an old caretaker who only stayed long enough to check and make sure that the building had not been vandalized or broken into again.
