Links to the General plot

Okay, it's been pretty quiet so far, but I thought I'd go ahead and link to the relevent threads in Darius' current plotline. If I managed to miss something, or if you want to play in some form or fashion and I'm not already aware of it, then please feel free to let me know and we'll work something out. :)

I'll be updating this as new threads are added to make it easier to follow, and I'll put an asterick by any threads that are still ongoing. Thanks everyone!


Darius and Loki play a nice game of chess.

Loki pays a little visit to Hsu.

Darius goes in search of a sword, and finds Kronos

OOC post about what's been going on at the church.

Darius finds himself at The Paradise club and has a chat with Tess. There, he is also found by Hsu, and plans are put into motion.

After returning to the church to pick up some things, he finds an invitation to some new world holiday event put on by Ynez, and decides to make an appearance. While there, he has a nice conversation with Gabriel as well.

During the Holidays, he gets invited by Ynez to a sing in of The Messiah, and lets her in on a bit of a secret.

Then he goes to a New Year's Masquerade Ball, where he talks with their host and Alexa, as well as running across Byron, before he makes his intended trip back to Paris after the New Year.

Darius returns to Paris, where he works on some possible plans, and makes a call to an old friend. The two then meet for dinner and a few surprises. *

*smriks* Ahhh, a squeeing Loki!mun, does a heart good it does! ;) I was in fact wondering if the dear god of chaos and craziness was interested in having been responsible for the return of dear Grayson - perhaps with a view to something like this ocurring? And Hsu's selection of the name having given him the hint/nudge/direction?

Grayson: After all, with all that sulfur, and rain? Surely a god of your capabilities and quirks would have no difficulty in returning an immortal to this.... mortal coil? Hmm?

Of course!

But the question does beg to be asked. What benefit would Loki see? Well, except of course that he's returned Darius to his 'general' form, and Grayson was the General's 2IC? And his having again at his side, and Hsu, together the three could cause more chaos than any other combination... given their mutual past.

Grayson: *eyes the god and mun warily, unsure, as he's already back, he wants to be in debt to the god, unless it gives him an edge* And you can rest assured, we will be causing chaos - that would be why I'm here after all, wouldn't it? To shake them out of their complacency?

Grayson: He is possibly encumbered with one of those dreadful scribes who seem to think that having their own interests come first is excuse enough to prevent us from getting on with important and pressing engagements! *eyes the god with a smirk* Now there's a challenge for you. Create a clone of each scribe, which can function in that place they call a Real Life, or something? And will free them to continue with what they really should be doing - allowing us to again reband and rule!

Loki: *beams* Hsu is such a good boy. As it were. Not really good by most people's standards, I suppose but...we aren't really talking about that, are we?

[also, Loki and I almost feel guilty about how tess feels now from that thread she had with darius and hsu. Almost.]

Grayson: No, indeed, most people have a rather sheepish mentality regarding things of that nature. Well, things of other natures as well, I've found. *snickers* And Hsu is very good, though I've not had the opportunity to observe how he's improved of late.

*veiled lightness* And a person who puts the reliance of their faith into one person will bring about their own unhappiness and sticky demise. She's sure to survive the situation. Most women do.

((Grayson thought it amusing. Enjoyed seeing that Darius has indeed climbed back in the saddle, so to speak! Was very proud of his general's behaviour!))
